GoAbilities is our next initiative focused on creating custom adaptive solutions, modifying toys and equipment, and facilitating adaptive equipment exchanges to promote independence and participation.
What We Do
We provide custom solutions for everyday barriers that people with disabilities face. Our focus is providing solutions that cannot be bought off the shelf. We will happily modify an already purchased piece of equipment! Our goal is for the modification to make everyday life simpler for the individual in need. GoAbilities will not complete a project if is evaluated as unsafe.
Who It’s For
The modifications are for anyone, any age that has a disability. GoAbilities is looking to help anyone experiencing a barrier in their everyday life that can be solved with simple modifications by our corporate partners or volunteers.
Evaluation
After receiving your application, Go Beyond Limits will contact you to set up an evaluation. We will then complete the evaluation to assess device needs and requirements for the modification. We will select the correct corporate partner or volunteer to complete the project based on needs and timeline.
Build
Once the partner for the build is selected, they will get to work on the project! Each build will have its own timeline depending on how extensive the project is. The team will be able to communicate any updates or setbacks as they work on the build.
Delivery
Once the build is complete, GoAbilities will work to set up a delivery day with the partners and the recipients to deliver the modification!
